Experience with WP:GAN reviewing, and recent changes patrolling. Furthermore, I am a experienced editer, making and nominating a WP:GAN article (61016), I have also have been on this platform for about a year and understanding of key rules in Wikipedia, such as WP:V, WP:NOR, WP:DICT, WP:NPOV, and WP:CRYSTALBALL. However, given the concerns raised last time you reapplied, and some rather puzzling participation from you in your most recent forays into AFD (at Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Delight_Ushie, Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Mun G, as well as failure to participate in Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Olivia Nabawanda), I don't think it would be appropriate to confer permissions at this time. Hello. I am writing to respectfully request the reinstatement of my New Page Patrol permission. I understand that these tools were revoked due to concerns regarding speed-reviewing. I take full responsibility for this issue; I allowed myself to prioritize clearing a backlog over taking the necessary time to thoroughly view each article, which was a mistake on my part.

I completely recognize why speed-reviewing is detrimental to the project. Rushing through the queue increases the risk of missing subtle copyright violations, promotional material, or articles that do not meet standard notability guidelines. The patrol queue exists as a safeguard, and my previous pacing did not uphold that standard.

To ensure this never happens again, I am committing to a fundamentally different approach to page curation. Moving forward, my workflow will explicitly include

Running Earwig's Copyvio Detector on every single article before any other action is taken, manually opening and reading the actual text of at least three independent sources to confirm WP:GNG is met, rather than just skimming the reference list, and strictly limiting myself to a set number of reviews per session to prevent fatigue and rushing.

I remain deeply committed to building this encyclopedia, as evidenced by my track record of creating 49 successful articles from scratch. I would be entirely open to a probationary period where my first 50 reviews are closely spot-checked by an administrator to prove that my new workflow is permanently established.
