After you contact us, we will help you assess whether WikiHouse is a good fit for your project. Our team can provide an initial estimate of how much your structure might cost, and how it will perform.
Design
There are two ways you can develop your WikiHouse chassis:

🅐 We design and check it
Get our design and engineering team to create and check your chassis, including material list, structural pre-check, cutting files and assembly manuals. Recommended for more custom designs.
🅑 Create your own
Create your own chassis design using standard blocks from the WikiHouse library.
Manufacture
Get quotes from WikiHouse Manufacturers near you. If you want to set up your own factory, or work with an existing fabricator, we can work with them to onboard them.

Blocks are fabricated and assembled in factory to millimetre precision, ready to be delivered to site on your selected date.
Prepare site
Before the blocks arrive on site, you need to make sure the groundworks are complete – and the interface rail has been installed to the specified dimensions.
Install
A WikiHouse chassis can be assembled in days, or even hours, by any competent build team, using widely-available lifting equipment. In some areas we also have specialist installers who can install your chassis for you.
Finish
The completed, wrapped structure can be finished with almost any kind of windows, cladding, roofing and internal linings. The accuracy and durability of the chassis, along with the ability to fix anywhere, make WikiHouse an ideal, interoperable hardware platform.
