Pre-Registration

Anthrocon allows you to register before the convention begins, skipping the longer lines associated with registering at the door (not to mention that membership purchased at the door is $50). We encourage you to do this; there is a discount rate for buying your membership early and it helps the convention to flow more smoothly.

As listed below, Attending membership is $40 until Feb 1, 2007 and $45 until June 15, 2007. At 11:59 PM EST US on June 15, 2007 on-line and mail-in pre-registration will be closed. After that point any mail-in registrations that arrive will have to be returned. Attending registration will cost $50 at the door.

Minors and children

Please note that we welcome attendees of all ages. People under 18 will, however, have to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or have a signed and notarized permission form. We apologize if this is an inconvenience, but unfortunate situations in prior years have made this policy necessary.

Children under 10 attend for free, however they MUST be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian. Unattended children will be remanded to hotel security.

Types of Memberships available:

ATTENDING MEMBERSHIP: $40.00 (until Feb 1)

An attending membership allows a member access to the convention for its duration (Thursday through Sunday), and to receive any mailings or newsletters we produce both before and after the convention for one year following the date of registration. Proceed to registration!

SPONSORSHIP: $90.00

Sponsors are generous patrons who like to help us provide even more services and events for our membership. A sponsor gets the full privileges of an attending membership, as well as a nifty sponsor ribbon, a free Anthrocon T-shirt and our undying gratitude. Additionally, Sponsors will be able to pick up their registration in a private registration area away from the main registration line. Proceed to registration!

SUPERSPONSORSHIP: $175.00

We consider supersponsors some of the most generous persons on the planet! We heap lavish praise and gifts unto them. Not only do they receive the privileges of a sponsor and a unique gift available only to Anthrocon supersponsors, but they are invited to relax in our supersponsor lounge, and those who pre-registered... (drumroll please) ... are invited to attend a luncheon with our guests of honor! (at our expense, of course. Saturday at noon in the Westmoreland Room of the Westin). And don't forget, that along with the Sponsors, Super Sponsors will be able to pick up their registration in a private registration area away from the main registration line. DEALER:

Dealers are the people who want a table in our dealers room to sell their wares. If you have purchased a dealer membership you do not need to purchase an attending membership. Your table includes that. For further information please check out the Dealer Information page.

ONE-DAY MEMBERSHIP $25.00

Access to all Anthrocon functions for the period of one day.

** FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS **

Where do I go to register or pick up my badge?

If you are a pre-registered sponsor or supersponsor, you can visit the Butler Room on the 2nd floor of the Westin Hotel. All others can pick up their badges, or purchase new badges, on the 3rd floor. Note: Once the majority of pre-registered sponsors and supersponsors have picked up their badges, we usually shift badge pickup for these members to the third floor as well.

What sort of ID do I need?

We need government-issued photo ID so that we can make sure nobody other than you is trying to pick up your badge, or register in your name. A driver's license, state-issued ID card, or passport is usually sufficient. If you do not have any of the above, we still need something with your photo on it that will confirm your identity and your date of birth. Contact registration.2007(at)anthrocon.org if you are unsure.
