ThumbAI helps creators generate and manage YouTube thumbnail ideas. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about your data.

Information we collect

We may collect:

• Account information such as your name, email address, avatar, login provider, and subscription status.
• Thumbnail workflow inputs such as prompts, video hooks, selected styles, output language, reference images, creator portraits, scripts, video files, generated thumbnails, and generation history.
• Usage information such as pages viewed, feature clicks, generation attempts, uploads, downloads, device type, browser, IP-derived rate limit signals, and basic diagnostics.
• Billing records such as plan, product, transaction, subscription, renewal, cancellation, and webhook status. Card details are handled by Creem or the payment provider and are not stored by ThumbAI.
• Support messages you send through the contact form or by email.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• Provide the thumbnail generator, workbench, uploads, downloads, saved history, and credit balance.
• Run account login, subscription access, payment status, rate limits, and abuse prevention.
• Store user assets and generated images so you can view, download, or reuse them.
• Improve product quality, measure performance, and debug failures.
• Send account, payment, security, or support messages when needed.

AI generation and uploaded assets

When you ask ThumbAI to generate thumbnails, your prompts and uploaded assets may be sent to image generation providers such as Replicate. Uploaded images and generated thumbnails may be stored with Cloudflare R2 or similar storage providers. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.

Third-party services

ThumbAI uses third-party services to operate the product, including hosting, database, authentication, storage, payment, email, analytics, and AI generation providers. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to ThumbAI.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, language preferences, security, analytics, and site performance. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

Data retention

We keep account, billing, generation, and upload records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or tax requirements, prevent abuse, and resolve support issues. We may delete temporary uploads, failed jobs, or inactive data when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can update your account information in settings. You can contact us to ask about deleting your account or specific data. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, tax, or payment reasons.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so please use a strong password and protect access to your email account.

We may update this policy as ThumbAI changes. When we make material changes, we will update this page and may notify users through the product or by email.
