    Pros: Having the ability to catch our hotel reviews before they go live takes a huge pressure off us as small business owners.
    The dashboard is not overwhelming at all and loved the aesthetics
    The morning email telling us what happened the previous day is also a nice touch and makes us not feel like we have to check the dashboard all the time.
    The service signature is amazing, the staff are super excited and it has given them something to focus on whilst also helping our hotel as the staff try much harder

    Cons: nothing as yet still playing around with it all but will report back if anything found.

    Overall: We absolutely love it. the staff are more engaged, we have a new level of control over our online reviews (we have already stopped 2 potential negative online reviews), the emotional intelligence courses are a nice touch and its priced perfectly, we are surprised something of this scale is so cheap.
