We have public phones throughout the site, and you can connect your own cordless DECT phone, mobile phone, landline phone / fax machine / modem, or use a VoIP app on your smartphone too.

After a few finishing touches, it will be open at 3pm today.
Due to the continuing dry weather, we will not be allowing open fires by attendees at EMF this year. Please do not bring your fire pits.
Gas or charcoal BBQs are still allowed if they are raised off the ground at least 30cm. Disposable BBQs are not allowed.
Contrary to our recent tickets email, the gates to EMF will open at 10am on Thursday 16th, not 11am.
The opening talk will be on Friday at 10am, with the main programme of talks starting afterwards.

We've managed to find a few last-minute village tents for hire, but you'll need to order quick. We need to confirm these very soon so we'll be closing orders tomorrow.
We have now performed our final selections for talks and workshops, thank you so much for all your submissions!
You submitted 369 talks and 162 workshops, which are the highest numbers we've ever had. We had to make some extremely difficult choices and there was so much incredible content we sadly couldn't accept.
You should have received an email - if you haven't, there is a tiny number we are still working out if we can fit in. Performances, Installations, and Family Workshops are still in the selection process.
Thanks again for all of the wonderful talks and workshops - we were overwhelmed by the immense range of things you are excited about and look forward to your submissions again for 2028!
