1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the R2 Cloud Storage website, plugin, or add-ons, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • "Plugin" — The free R2 Cloud Storage WordPress plugin that offloads media to Cloudflare R2.
  • "Add-ons" — Premium paid extensions that provide additional integrations (e.g., WooCommerce, LearnDash, EDD).
  • "License" — An annual key that activates an add-on on a single WordPress site.
  • "Site" — This website (r2cloudstorage.com) and related services.

3. License Grant

Upon purchasing an add-on, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the add-on on one (1) WordPress installation for one (1) year. You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the add-on code.
  • Share your license key with third parties.
  • Use a single license on more than one WordPress site simultaneously.
  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the add-on.

4. Payments and Billing

All add-on purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and BRL. Licenses renew automatically on an annual basis unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date. Failure to process a renewal payment may result in the suspension of your license.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with an add-on, contact our support within 14 days for a full refund. Refunds are not available after this period.

6. Updates and Support

Active licenses include access to add-on updates and priority email support for the duration of the license period. After expiration, you may continue using the last downloaded version but will no longer receive updates or support.

7. Prohibited Use

  • Use the plugin or add-ons for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass license validation or activation mechanisms.
  • Distribute nulled or pirated copies of our software.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The plugin and add-ons are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all WordPress configurations or hosting environments.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall R2 Cloud Storage be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the plugin or add-ons. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the add-on in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke a license or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use paid add-ons will cease immediately. The free plugin may continue to be used under its open-source license.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
