Prior to joining ipushpull Matthew co-founded RANsquawk, a market leading and highly successful online financial news service. His background is in delivering web-based services, building teams and growing businesses. Prior to RANsquawk Matthew worked as an analyst and trader at various financial institutions and holds an MSc Finance from Imperial College and BSc Investment & Financial Risk Management from Cass Business School.

An innovator, developer and technology professional, David has extensive corporate experience of delivering real-time mission critical scalable platforms to financial institutions including BarCap, ABN Amro & BNP Paribas. David holds a Masters Degree in Japanese from the University of Essex and an Honours degree in Computer Science from the University of Manchester.

An entrepreneur in technology & financial markets, prior to founding ipushpull Dan built the Eccoware electronic trading software business delivering the first off-the-shelf arbitrage platform for electronic markets. Dan also runs a derivatives trading company and advises a number of startups. Dan holds a Masters Degree in Operational Research and Business Management from Lancaster University Business School and the University of Rome, and an Honours degree in Electronic Engineering from UCL.

Former Chief Innovation Officer and Executive Board Member - Eurex. Brendan is an experienced Financial Markets and FinTech professional having spent many years as a consultant and product development specialist prior to becoming an Executive Board Member and Chief Innovation Officer at Eurex, the European derivatives exchange. For ipushpull Brendan brings expertise in advising growing businesses and identifying market opportunities combined with a broad network of potential partners and contacts in both the Financial and FinTech communities

Andrew is a seasoned product leader with over a decade of experience in developing and managing innovative solutions in the energy and trading sectors. As Head of Market Products at Trayport, Andrew lead a team of Product Managers to drive growth in newly digitalising energy markets, with a strong focus on the Energy Transition and Voluntary Carbon Offsets. His leadership has been instrumental in defining product visions, executing strategies, and delivering impactful solutions such as a trading platform for voluntary carbon offsets, meeting tight deadlines and exceeding stakeholder expectations. With expertise in product lifecycle management, agile development, and market analysis, Andrew has a proven track record of scaling products. He has successfully managed high-value projects, coached teams, and migrated complex systems to SaaS platforms while ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. Outside of work Andrew has a private pilot's licence and enjoys Parkrun's on Saturday morning.

Jamal brings a wealth of experience in financial strategy, fundraising, and operational leadership. Previously Finance Director at Cognism, he played a pivotal role in securing Series A to Series D funding, streamlining financial operations, and driving international expansion. His expertise will be key in supporting ipushpull’s continued growth and innovation.

A background working in the technology sector, Steve’s passion lies in championing innovative solutions that redefine the way businesses operate and how work gets done. Prior to ipushpull, he has held a number of senior leadership roles including, product lead for Microsoft Teams and Facebook’s b2b offering, Workplace. Steve holds a BSc in Business Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Starting at one of the first trading arcades in London, Kevin now has 20 years of experience in the derivatives marketplace. In a role previous to ipushpull, Kevin ran the Global Team as Head of Sales Engineering at Object Trading (ISV) part of Vela. As Head of Client Services at ipushpull he is responsible for customer success, the running and processes of the support team, public and private customer environments, as well as new technologies and streamlining of processes.

As a Sales Operations professional with 20 years of commercial and technical experience, Darren is responsible for the commercial onboarding of new clients, while supporting global sales efforts. With an in depth understanding of financial services as well as tools and platforms, Darren has a background in helping clients achieve their objectives, letting clients focus on their core business goals as well as a product role. Darren holds a Masters Degree in Information Systems Engineering from Surrey University.

Pragmatic and delivery-focused Application Developer with over 20 years of software development experience spanning both established financial clients and early-stage start-ups. Highly experienced across the full stack and infrastructure including cloud and serverless stacks. Expert knowledge of UI libraries and patterns including charts, data grids, analytics, custom visualisations and Trade Blotters. Wide knowledge across the crypto space spanning theory and practice. Enjoy working closely with senior stakeholders, entrepreneurs and supporting non-technical sales teams and product owners. 

Before joining ipushpull, Rob built a distinguished career in financial technology, specialising in customer success and sales. With a strong focus on broker and trading workflow solutions, he spent over a decade at ICE (Intercontinental Exchange), collaborating with banks, brokers, and market makers across the Oil & Energy sector before transitioning to the Equity Derivatives market. His expertise lies in advising firms on using communication tools to optimise their OTC trading workflows and data strategies, streamlining operations, and enhancing efficiency through technology-driven solutions.
