How do I subscribe or give a gift subscription?
Please visit our subscription pages to subscribe or give the gift of Vanity Fair.
When will my first issue arrive?
You should receive your first issue between four to six weeks after purchasing a print subscription. Delivery time will vary outside the U.S.
You can chat with Customer Care using the Chat icon on your screen to report a delivery problem.
What does my subscription include?
All subscriptions include unlimited access to vanityfair.com, access to our online archive with every issue since 1913, plus subscriber-only newsletters with 360° coverage from Hollywood to Capitol Hill.
My subscription included a tote bag. When can I expect it to arrive?
The tote ships six to eight weeks after your payment is processed. International orders may take longer to ship, and packages may be delayed at customs or incur fees. We regret that our staff cannot track tote bags after they enter the postal system.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How will I get my magazines or free gift (if applicable) if I didn't enter my shipping address at checkout?
When you choose to pay using PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, the payment provider may share limited information with us to help process and fulfill your order. This information may include your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, and payment confirmation details.
The email address associated with your digital wallet will be used as your account username, allowing you to access your subscription or digital content. Any physical products included with your order will be shipped to the delivery address associated with your digital wallet.
For your security, we do not receive or store your full payment card number when you use these payment methods.
Can I get a receipt or confirmation of my subscription, account details, or cancellation?
Yes, our staff would be happy to send you a receipt. After subscribing, you can expect to receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. For all other requests, please visit our contact us page.
When will I be charged?
Your payment method is charged as soon as your order is received. It may take up to three days for the charge to appear on your statement. Before the start of each renewal, you will be emailed a reminder notice summarizing the details of your subscription and the price that you will be charged. For monthly billing, you will be notified only if the price changes.
Why do I need to provide a mailing address for a digital subscription?
If your subscription included a physical premium, we need your mailing address for delivery purposes.
Can I subscribe to Vanity Fair if I live outside the United States?
Yes. You can subscribe to Vanity Fair from most countries, although it may take longer to receive print issues in the mail. Purchase an international subscription here.
Managing Your Subscription
I forgot my password. How can I recover it?
- Go to VanityFair.com and click Sign In in the menu.
- Enter your email address. Click “Forgot your password, reset it".
- Check your email and click on the “Reset Password” link.

How do I make changes to my email address or password?
Sign in to vanityfair.com with the email associated with your Vanity Fair subscription or account. Once signed in, you can reset your password under Manage Profile. You will receive a ‘reset password’ link in your mailbox, where you can create a ‘new password’ there.

I got a notice to link or verify my subscription? What does this mean?
It is possible to create an online account without being a subscriber, and vice versa. Depending on how you subscribed, you may need to link your subscription to your Vanity Fair account to have unlimited access to vanityfair.com.

I have multiple Vanity Fair accounts. Can I combine them?

How do I unsubscribe from Vanity Fair?
You can cancel your subscription within your online account page.
What is your cancellation policy?
You’re in full control of your subscription and can cancel at any time. When you purchase a subscription—whether it includes print and digital access or digital access only—it begins immediately.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing term, and you will not be charged again.
If I cancel my subscription, when does the cancellation go into effect?
For print subscriptions, the cancellation will be processed immediately, though you may receive one to two additional issues after ending your subscription. For subscriptions that include digital access, you will retain access until the end of your existing term (no refund), which will not be renewed.
How can I receive confirmation of my cancellation?

How can I check on when my subscription expires?

How do I temporarily suspend my subscription?
Please contact Customer Care if you need to suspend your subscription temporarily.
If I suspend my print subscription, will I still have access to VanityFair.com?
Full access to the website is available only to active subscribers, so while your subscription is suspended, you will have limited access.

Why should I create an online account?
All readers are encouraged to create a free online account, regardless of their subscription status, so you can take advantage of features like saving stories to read later. If you have not done so, please create a free account now.
Are all Vanity Fair articles available online?
All articles originally published online are available with your subscription at vanityfair.com. You can also explore the magazine archives which includes all Vanity Fair issues back to 1913.
Do I need a subscription to access VanityFair.com?
If you are not a subscriber, you have limited access to Vanity Fair’s website.
Is the magazine available on mobile and tablet devices?
Yes. The Vanity Fair digital replica app allows you to view the print version of Vanity Fair on an iOS device. If you subscribe directly through the Vanity Fair app, you can read the complete magazine by selecting which issue you are interested in reading. Issues are available to browse and save offline.
The Vanity Fair app is available through the App Store. Digital editions of the magazine are also available through the Nook bookstore.
I purchased a Vanity Fair subscription on my Nook Color Tablet. Does that provide unlimited digital access to Vanity Fair?

How do I get unlimited access to Vanity Fair on my Nook?
- If you’re already a subscriber, open the Nook Bookstore.
