Content and creative teams are starting to operate more like media companies. Adobe’s Chief Content and Creative Officer, Stacy Martinet, told Axios Communicators what that requires: connecting people, workflows, and data so storytelling can move at the speed AI now demands. The teams pulling ahead aren’t the ones with the most tools. They’re the ones who cut the friction between an idea and its output. https://adobe.ly/4yADDG1

Creators are having a heyday as audiences put a renewed value on authentic, original voices. It's a welcome contrast to the uncertainty many have faced in recent years, especially for those seeking to stand out from the sea of sameness washing over so many of our feeds and channels. When Adobe surveyed creative professionals, for example, nearly half told us they worry it’s harder for unique voices to break through if that market gets flooded with AI slop. This was a hot topic at #CannesLions, and I wholeheartedly agree with what Bia Granja, Founder of Creator Economy Rocks, wrote in her post-Cannes reflection (which features Adobe's own Meg Donovan): "If AI is about to flood everything with cheap, fast, average stuff, the valuable thing becomes the exact opposite: a real human that people actually care about." Brands are taking notice. Several of the leaders I met with at Cannes told me they're planning to increase their budgets to hire and partner with creators who have a real and authentic point of view. They recognize that the most impactful campaigns feature actual people talking about the brand in their own words. For creators, this presents an exciting opportunity to build their own business and become their own CEO. I left Cannes incredibly optimistic about the future of creativity. I love seeing creators taking control of their own careers and using our Adobe tools to stand out and further their opportunities. I was inspired by the business leaders I met with who are increasingly turning to creators to reach new audiences in an authentic way. H/t Bia Granja https://lnkd.in/gYTYznpY

"Everyone in my major is hesitant. Not because they don't like it, because they don't understand it." A more honest way into AI and creativity than most conversations today. Adobe's Not Generated partnership brought together students, faculty, and industry voices with Parsons School of Design - The New School to think critically about authorship, intention, and what should remain human in an era of tool-driven generation. Like Julienne DeVita, adjunct professor at Parsons, says: "The future of creativity is not generated; it needs to be consciously shaped through critical collaboration between humans and artificial partners."

Brian Nolan has been at Adobe since 2006 — and nearly two decades in, what still stands out is the culture. As Director of Global Order Management, Brian leads a worldwide team keeping deals moving accurately and efficiently, especially when the pressure peaks at quarter end. He's proud of something beyond the operational wins, though: the number of people who've launched their careers in his org and gone on to thrive across Adobe. A lifelong team player and sports fan, Brian brings that same coach's mindset to his work — believing that when pressure is highest, it's teamwork and morale that carry you through. As creators, you can always count on change to be constant. When you consider that as part of your strategy, you'll be better equipped for the future you're planning and creating for. Steven Bartlett and David Wadhwani sat down at #CannesLions to offer creators advice on implementing Adobe tools. When building your business and becoming your own CEO is the goal, it’s important to keep playing and experimenting. "Start with what you know to be true today — everything you know to be true about the problem — and then you reason up to a solution from there."

𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗯𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀! ☁️💫 This week, I had the honor of speaking on the Main Stage at Adobe Summit 2026 in Munich. My keynote was about the future of organizations, real-world AI use cases, why we need to translate technology into business value & ROI, future trends that impact our society, what humanity means in the era of AI and what’s our responsibility. But as much as I enjoyed being on stage, I spent even more time listening to AI demos. And that's what impressed me the most: I've been to countless AI conferences around the world, but I rarely see so many hands on tech use cases demonstrated as tangibly as it was there. Here are some of the things that stood out to me during the demos for innovations such as Adobe CX Enterprise and CX Enterprise Coworker: ☁️ AI agents analyzing viral trends across social media and turning them into campaign ideas. ☁️ Chatting with PDFs and generating presentations with a single click. ☁️ Creating marketing assets in minutes instead of hours. ☁️ Adapting websites in real time based on customer behavior and emerging trends. ☁️ Building, testing and optimizing campaigns significantly faster with AI supporting every step of the workflow. For me, this was tech heaven for marketers!! ☁️🩶 A huge thank you to Adobe for having me as a keynote speaker & I'm hoping to make it to Adobe Summit in Las Vegas next – fingers crossed! Now to YOU: • How are you creating marketing campaigns today? Still without agents? • Can your team already adapt campaigns & websites in real time based on real-time trends, vitality on social media and customer behavior?
