I knew Effie very briefly through twitter and then occasionally had convos at various networking / happy hour events. I learned quite a bit from her. To her family and friends and everyone who knew her, my condolences . May her memory be a blessing.

Oh my goodness. I never really knew Effie, but I was always impressed by her commitment and thought of her as part of the core of the DC digital cultural heritage community. This is a shock and a loss
