    If we were to provide feedback immediately after an exam, do we also need to have well-being services in place to help the students carry on to their next exams (in case the students realise they have not done well)?

    What do law firms want from future law trainees? - adaptability - humanity, human touch - creativity, problem solving. Tech is another tool in solving clients' problems. ^KJ

    The court’s case transcription service is labyrinthine. Many aren’t transcribed until there is a commercial need for it. Slow. Inconsistent. Complicated. Cumbersome.

    Is the solution to increase the funding for BAILLI? Could come through Law Soc/Bar memberships as with Canadian version? Or should MoJ provide funding? Or should transcription services be govt run?
