Online presentations for visiting groups
Online Session on “What is the OSCE” followed by a session on "Youth and Security"
The OSCE is offering an online session on “What is the OSCE” to University students every month: learn more about the structure and the work of the Organization and what makes it unique.
These sessions are for University students only. The number of participants should be at least 10 and at the most 25.
When: Wednesday 16 June
"What is the OSCE" - 12:15 to 13:15 Vienna time (CEST)
"Youth and Security" - 13:30 to 14:30 Vienna time (CEST)
How: You will receive an invitation to join the meeting on Zoom. The session will include time for Q&A.How to register?
Please send an email to visit@osce.org with the following information:
1. Your full name
2. Name and location of your University
3. Your study topic(s) and level
4. Your university email address (private email addresses will not be accepted)
Deadline for registration: Tuesday, 15 June, 15:00 CEST
Only registered students will receive the Zoom link for the webinar.
We are looking forward to your registration and participation.
As an alternative, we offer online presentations to universities, postgraduate or professional institutions on the following topics:
- Overview of OSCE history, structures and activities
- The conflict cycle and OSCE field missions
- Transnational threats
- Economic and environmental activities
- Combating human trafficking
- Freedom of the media
- Youth and Security
- Parliamentary Assembly
Presentations usually last one hour, including time to answer questions from participants.
We can provide up to 3 different presentations on your topics of interests.
Presentations are offered mostly in English. In some cases, they can also be offered in German and French.
Day and time for the online sessions will be discussed on an ad-hoc basis, depending on the participants and the speakers' availability.
