    It’s amazing what people are doing with tagged templates (*). The plugin should work with plain JavaScript, too (under the hood, VS Code uses the TypeScript language server for completions). (*)

    Can anyone summarize the changes to Chrome's background tab resource management in M85?

    What does "taking away resources" entail? IIRC Chrome already throttles timers in the background, etc. What is the new behavior?
