Describe your change:

Added a Python script that utilizes Zomato's free restaurant API to search for restaurants all around the world. You can do the following things:

  • Get list of restaurants by providing coordinates
  • Get details of a particular restaurant
  • Get menu of a particular restaurant
  • Get reviews of a particular restaurant
  • Get details of a city by providing its name.

Please let me know if there are any changes to be made, or any errors or mistakes that I may have missed! I have tried to follow the contributing guidelines as closely as possible! The code has been tested with flake8 and formatted with black.
All doctests have been successfully passed locally, and the program compiles and does what it is supposed to do.

Thanks!
