GitLab webhook repeats the whole description when only the assignee changes

As mentioned in zulip/zulip#16183 (comment), when a merge request (MR) is updated, the GitLab webhook is repeating the whole MR description in Zulip, instead of showing only the information that has changed (e.g., the assignee(s)).
