Luminus produces PhlatLight chipsets at its own state of the art manufacturing operations in Massachusetts. Its facilities include a compound semiconductor fabrication facility in Woburn, and its new 45,000 square foot headquarters in Billerica. Luminus' manufacturing capabilities include automated assembly and testing, in-house packaging, and a high throughput test facility. The company is ISO 9001:2000 certified and all PhlatLight products are RoHs compliant.
