To ensure that students emerge as fully educated professionals as well as soundly trained artists, all degree programs entail Curriculum for Liberal Education requirements as well as opportunities to take free elective course work. The University Curriculum for Liberal Education brings students into contact with vital areas of human knowledge and their relevance to moral, philosophical, and social issues that confront humanity. Elective courses are abundant and readily accessible from a wide range of disciplines across the entire University.
