Arc System Works Co., Ltd. (ア ー ク シ ス テ ム ワ ー ク ス 株式会社, Āku Shisutemu Wākusu kabushiki gaisha ) , denumit în mod obișnuit ArcSys , este un dezvoltator și editor japonez de jocuri video situat în Yokohama . Istorie
Compania a fost fondată sub numele de Arc Co., Ltd. în ianuarie 1988 și ulterior a fost înființată în mai. Compania a petrecut primii ani ca dezvoltator de contracte pentru Sega , Sammy și Banpresto . A fost la vremea a aproximativ opt dezvoltatori; dintre care majoritatea lucraseră anterior la Sega, inclusiv fondatorul Minoru Kidooka. A fost redenumit Arc System Works în 1991. În 1992 au dezvoltat un joc pentru Famicom numit Pizza Pop! . Compania a produs o serie de jocuri video Sailor Moon pentru editorul Angel, inclusiv Bishōjo Senshi Sailor Moon S: Jōgai Rantō !? Shuyaku Sōdatsusen, care a fost primul joc de luptă pe care l-au produs .
Au publicat primul lor titlu în 1995, care a fost Exector pentru PlayStation .
