Evolutionary epistemology as a means of theoretical reflection of political reality: the establishment of basic principles

Abstract

Possible directions of theoretical reflections of political reality on the grounds of basic principals of evolutionary epistemology: objectivity, informational adaptation and mutual supply of energy and information are considered.
