Abstract

Newer version is called "Treatise on Ontology" (/SPITOO-3) This treatise develops a unified ontological framework grounded in the principle of differentiation. Each level of structure, from physical persistence to conscious reflection and ethical relation, is traced to acts of differentiation stabilized across recursive scenes. The text introduces the concept of aspect as a mode of articulation, and defines code as a pattern that enables differentiation to recur and modulate itself. Through successive recursive levels R1–R7, the work delineates how systems evolve the capacity to differentiate their own acts, articulate symbolic structures, recognize otherness, sustain collective configurations, and finally modulate entire ontological scenes. Consciousness is treated as a reflexive structure of symbolic differentiation, and ethics as the recognition of irreducible difference. The final chapters explore meta-differentiation and the possibility of ontological play, beyond any fixed identity or truth. This work offers a formal yet open system for rethinking structure, self, and world in terms of the dynamics of differentiation.
