Personlige liv
Michael Caffey giftet seg med Ann Gorey i 1949. Sammen har de 13 barn. Ett av barna hans er Charlotte Caffey, en amerikansk rock and roll- gitarist og låtskriver, best kjent for sitt arbeid i Go-Go på 1980-tallet, inkludert å skrive " We Got the Beat ".
