Looking inside the contents of each snippet will tell you what the shortcut command is.
Install by placing in sublme text 3 packages folder (I placed these in a folder called Latex Snippets).
On Mac this is under Library > Application Support > Sublime Text 3 > Packages > Latex Snippets
