Those were questions on a poll which they said they agreed to. It was an opinion, not a fact. Actual studies attempting to check the facts have found mixed results, with positive long-term results in student mental health, short-term negative results in student discipline, and negligible effect on test scores. I'm not sure where "social skills" is or how that would be measured.
