Nope. Those distros didn't strip out the glaringly obvious backdoor in liblzma that created an epic security hole in systemd a couple of years ago.
BTW, a well designed backdoor will be almost impossible to detect. Read Ken Thompson's "Reflections on Trusting Trust" paper from the 1980s.
