Yes if I was the UK/EU I would carefully consider what intelligence I am willing to share with the US, and plan for a day when I'm not sharing any intelligence at all. I sure as heck wouldn't trust Trump to share any intelligence freely any longer, it will always come with a "price" and he's probably already ordered withholding anything makes his buddies like Putin or Netanyahu look bad.
