M. Ajams ha fondato l'azienda nel 1919, 1920 o 1921. La sua sede era Neuilly-sur-Seine . La produzione terminò nel 1920, 1921 o 1922. MASE ha adottato il concetto.

L'unico modello era un'auto da bicicletta . Aveva un telaio tubolare in stile spaceframe . Il motore bicilindrico a V raffreddato ad acqua aveva una cilindrata di 1093 cc e sviluppava 9 CV (6,6 kW). Le auto erano equipaggiate con marce a tre velocità e avevano ruote sospese individualmente tutt'intorno.
