All commissions must be paid upfront and in full unless a prior arrangement has been met.

PROCESS
You will be emailed a sketch of your commission within 21 days of your order, at this time you may request as many edits as you would like to the composition. If you are happy with the sketch please confirm and I will continue with your commission.
If you have a larger commission I will update you as the image is worked on, smaller commissions and YCH may go straight to the final image.
You may request up to 3 edits when you receive the final image, any further larger edits may incur a small charge.
You will be emailed a full-size .PNG file at approximately 3000-5000 pixels, 300 dpi and a resized image at approximately 900-1500 pixels.
Please allow 8 weeks from the date of your payment for completion unless stated otherwise.

COPYRIGHT
As per EU copyright law, I (the artist) hold every right to the produced artwork, not the commissioner.
I, the artist, reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork to promote my work on any online site or physical place, create published material with the said artwork or post where-ever I see fit.

You (The commissioner) are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
When selling the rights to the character I have illustrated; you may include the produced artwork in the sale of the character only in the instance that you (the client) own the full rights to the character illustrated.
Any reprinting for resale is prohibited.

If you are purchasing a NSFW piece of artwork; by purchasing this artwork you consent that you are over 18 year of age. I do not accept commissions for NSFW artwork to anyone under the age of 18.
