I think people's disappointment comes from this mistaken idea that the team won't be able to come this close again. If anything, they've shown that when they fall short, they always come back harder.

Lost the CL final, won it the very next year. Missed a league title by 1 point, won it the very next year. Plagued by an injury crisis, still somehow make a miracle run to 3rd place then follow it up with a League Cup, two undecided finals and a title race that will undoubtedly still come down to the final day.

These guys are called mentality giants for a good reason. It's impossible to come this close to a quadruple, fall short and then accomplish it the next season. But, as Klopp once said, because it's these boys, we have a chance.

Those are guaranteed to be Canadian produced and they're just trying to hit their Canadian content quota. That's why they also play a bunch of Canadian animated shows and Super Dave in the afternoon. The Hollywood Suite channels do this as well. Spam all that CanCon in the morning until like 4pm and then they can play the good stuff in the primetime and late night slots as well as the entire weekend when more people are home.

I believe that's because it's the public domain Bonanza. The first two or three seasons are public domain (except for the theme song) and the rest is still owned by CBS, I think. Most public domain stuff is of poor quality, so it's unsurprising. It's the same thing with the first season of the Beverly Hillbillies.

Pretty much. Cloud gaming is a tiny percentage of the gaming market and Google don't want to spend billions trying to force it into the mainstream. They probably thought they would when first launching Stadia, which is why they launched with a bunch of big AAA games and why I saw Stadia ads on YouTube for months, but that eventually changed when they realized it just wasn't there yet. Their plan is a slow burn now and they're not gonna waste millions porting AAA games when there's barely an audience to buy them. It sucks, I wanna play games like Elden Ring but I'm not gonna sit on Reddit and whine about every game that doesn't have a Stadia logo in its announcement. It's such a waste of energy. People need to just accept the reality without resorting to "Google is gonna shut down Stadia" panic.
