Hello Reddit! My name is Benjamin Zhang. I’m a transportation correspondent and I’ve spent the past five years covering aviation and autos for Business Insider.
I’ve written about airliners like the Airbus A380 Superjumbo, the Boeing 747 Jumbo jet, the Boeing 787 Dreamliner and Airbus A350-900. I’ve also flown on private jets from Gulfstream, Embraer, and even Honda.

As an autos reporter, I’ve driven hundreds of different cars and written countless reviews. My reviews run the gamut from everyday cars like the Honda Accord or Toyota RAV4 to luxury cars like the Tesla Model X or Porsche Panamera. I’ve also driven ultra-luxury cars like the Rolls-Royce Phantom and the Bentley Bentayga. And there are the supercars I’ve driven like the McLaren 720S, Ferrari 488 Spider, Lamborghini Aventador and Bugatti Chiron.

Hi! I'm chef Hari Pulapaka. I'm a four-time James Beard Award semifinalist and run a Florida-based restaurant called Cress that's focused on food sustainability. My restaurant has cut down thousands of pounds of food waste over four years, and I also cook and serve the venomous lionfish, an invasive species that's destroying coral reefs off Florida's coast. Oh, and I'm also a math professor (I decided to become a chef somewhat later in life).
Conservationists are encouraging people to eat the lionfish to keep its population in check off the Florida coast. We’re a patient owned pharmaceutical company with a drug that reverses peripheral neuropathy. Peripheral neuropathy is a is a neurodegenerative disease that affects nearly 1 in 15 people.
Peripheral neuropathy is a slow often unspoken, and definitely neglected, complication that arises from many other diseases: over half of all diabetics, nearly half of all cancer patients, a third of all HIV patients, and many from unknown causes. But many of you probably know all this.
Unfortunately, as many of you know, there are no treatments other than pain killers. Our drugs now appear to be reversing this disease, starting with the underlying biology, nerve regrowth, and then return of function and, most importantly, quality of life. We hope we are a new model for pharma – patient-centric. Not just in developing a drug that works, but safe, and transparently affordable. In fact, we are now patient owned. So, impact to patients – that is our goal.

The AP was a finalist for the Breaking News Pulitzer for photography, which was just announced April 15. Three Associated Press photographers were honored: John Locher and Noah Berger were on the front lines in Paradise, California, as a wildfire raged through the town, eventually killing 85 people. Ringo Chiu covered a really wild fire in Malibu that erupted at the same time.
Wildfires are scary, unpredictable, and exhausting to cover. Yet these guys make it look easy.
