Help:Editing[edit]
I have reverted this edit. It is actually easier to translate the images with all the syntax, because of several reasons. Among those reasons are those three:
- Images with the full image syntax give the translator context over what (s)he is translating.
- Some translators do make translated versions of the images. Translating only image descriptions makes it more difficult for them to link to the translated image.
- The help page mw:Help:Extension:Translate/Page_translation_administration (which was, nota bene, made by the creators of the translation extension) mentions that: "Images that do contain language specific content like text should include the full image syntax in an unit. Other images can only tag the description with optional hint in message documentation of the page after it has been marked."--Snaevar (talk) 16:09, 11 March 2013 (UTC)
- Ok I agree about images if smb is going to create translations but i think that some template should be used in this case. Same as TNT template for templates. About first - use documentations (/qqq messages). But you should not just revert it because it has some other corrections. But thank you for notice. --Base (talk) 17:45, 11 March 2013 (UTC)
Wikidata Sandbox p131[edit]
Please. I'm running some tests and need the item you can associate a flag and qualifiers to see if they appear in the table in any way and can extract the value.
